Catherine has been with the Russo’s family since 6 months after the inception of Russo’s On The Bay. Beginning as a receptionist, she quickly assumed responsibilities in Payroll and Billing as the company grew, and within a year accepted a promotion as Manager of the Payroll & Billing department, where she has been since. Catherine has also been a board member of Russo’s non-profit charitable organization “Angels on the Bay” since 1995, which -help -children in need of a little miracle throughout the - communities served by the company.
