Gabriella was born in Lima, Peru and worked as a school teacher until coming to the United States in 1989. She began working in the hospitality industry as a waitress. As a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with impeccable organization, Gabriella quickly made her way to management. In 1997, she began working at Russo's On The Bay and its subsidiary restaurants until making her home at Giardino's. Her incredible attention to detail helps to keep the well-oiled machine of Russo's On The Bay's Giardino Restaurant running
