Gennaro has the kind of dedication and commitment to the Russo’s vision that is just difficult to find anymore; that’s because he came to us all the way from Formia, Italy. Gennaro attended "IstitutoAlberghieroTuristivo di Stato" in Formia, Italy where he received his formal training in Culinary Arts. He traveled Europe where he honed his craft as an artisanal pizza chef and maître'd.
