Martha started her career at Russo's On The Bay in 1997 as a receptionist. She then moved to the position of assisting the Office Manager with clerical and accounting matters within the office. Her hard work and dedication led her to hold her own managerial position in the office, working with Mark Sweeney, handling all organizational and statistical aspects within the office.
