Michael began with the company as a teenager, starting as a busser at Villa Russo under the tenure of Frank Russo Sr., where he remained for 10 years before transferring to Russo’s On The Bay. Starting there as a bartender, he quickly climbed the ranks to a Supervisory position. When the previous building manager resigned, Michael was quick to accept the new position, and has since worked diligently with the management staff to ensure customers have the best possible experience in the facilities at Russo’s On The Bay.
