PJ Connolly, like many others on our team, began his restaurant career as a young man at Russo's On The Bay over 23 years ago. While studying Accounting in college, PJ worked his way up through the ranks of Russo's On The Bay holding many front of the house positions. Earning an honors degree from the New York Restaurant School in 1994, he quickly found himself amongst the management ranks at Russo's On The Bay. PJ has continued his education in the hospitality industry earning a Sommeliers' Certificate from the Sommeliers Society of America. For the last 2 years, he has played an integral part in the development of Russo's newest venture, Vetro.
