Reinaldo began with Russo’s in May of 2002, and in-line with the company’s spirit of promoting the hardest workers from within the organization, advanced to Terrace Supervisor within his first year. A dedicated employee who is willing to fill shoes as necessary in all aspects of the operation, Reinaldo has received internal awards for Outstanding Effort in 2005 and Employee of the Year in 2008. In fact, Reinaldo has only missed 1 day in his 9 years with the company. As manager of our dining room today, Reinaldo works diligently to ensure that Russo’s is able to fulfill the same standard of excellence to each and every one of our clients.
