Sweet sixteens, christenings, communions, birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, graduations, retirements and reunions. If your occasion isn’t on that list, tell us about it on the form.

Up to 65 in the Rose Lounge, 90 to 260 in the Paragon and up to 575 in the Encore. A coordinator matches the room to your list.

Saturdays go first, often about a year out. Fridays and Sundays open up closer in, so ask about off-peak dates.

Yes. Tours are by appointment, seven days a week, with one of our event coordinators. Book a time through the form below or call (718) 843-5055.

Yes. You sit down with the chef and taste the menu before anything is signed off.

Yes. Kosher catering is available, along with Albanian, Polish, Greek and Caribbean dishes, and you build the menu with the chef. Allergies are handled plate by plate rather than with one alternative tray.

Served. Dinner is plated and brought to the table, with staff assigned table by table.

Yes. Every cake comes out of our own bakery downstairs, and nothing is brought in from outside.

Yes. Bring your own, or use our preferred vendors.

Children’s meals are half price once your guarantee is met. Entertainment isn’t included, but our preferred vendors include face painters, balloon makers and magicians.

Yes. Every room has Wi-Fi and its own screens. The Paragon has up to three 42-inch monitors, the Promenade has two 55-inch monitors and the Rose Lounge has a pull-down projector screen. Extra audio and video equipment is available to rent.

No. Russo’s often hosts more than one event at a time, but never two in the same room.

Complimentary valet at every event, with room for coaches. We’re at 162-45 Cross Bay Boulevard in Howard Beach.

A deposit. For social events the amount varies, and your coordinator will give you the figure when you’re ready to book.

Yes. A payment breakdown comes printed on the front of the contract, and your coordinator can customize a plan around it. Raise any special circumstances before you book.

Seating changes can be made until 8:30 pm the night before your party.

In an emergency such as a blizzard or a hurricane, you can move the date.
