No Refunds
We do not offer refunds. However, you will be eligible to receive your refund in the form of a credit. Credit can be used for any future in-house event hosted by Russo's On The Bay. Credits do not expire.
Please contact us at (718) 843-5055 or email events@russosonthebay.com to start the process of your credit. You will need to provide the first and last name of the ticket purchase. Note credit will be issued to the customer who's name is on the original ticket order. Credits cannot be transferred to someone else or in someone else's name.
