Russo’s is on Cross Bay Boulevard in Howard Beach, on the Queens and Brooklyn line and an easy drive from Long Island. Every room has Wi-Fi and its own screens, and extra audio and video equipment is available to rent. Dinner is plated, with staff assigned table by table, so a keynote and two hundred covers stay on schedule.

One coordinator, start to finish

Your coordinator matches the room to your headcount, builds the run of show with you and arranges load-in. Russo’s often hosts more than one party at a time, but never two in the same room. Bring your own vendors or use our preferred vendors, who already know the building and the load-in.

The Rose Lounge has a bar of its own and a pull-down screen. The Paragon takes 90 to 260 and divides into thirds. The Encore seats up to 575, with a movable wall that sizes the floor to your list.
