Packages & Pricing

What’s included, and what it takes to hold your date

Pricing starts with your date

We don’t publish one price, because a Saturday in the Encore and a Friday in the Rose Lounge are different weddings. Pricing is per guest, and it changes with the night and the room.

What the price covers

One coordinator carries your plan from the first call to the final timeline. On the night you have a maître d’, a bridal attendant and wait staff assigned table by table. Every room has Wi-Fi and its own screens, and extra audio and video equipment is available to rent.

Cake cutting, china, glassware, linens and flatware are part of it. So are complimentary valet, seasonal coat check, and setup and cleanup on either side of your night. You also taste the menu with the chef before anything is signed off.

$2,500 holds your date

The deposit is non-refundable. The first $500 can go on a credit card, and the rest of it by personal check or money order.

Once you book, your payment breakdown is printed on the front of the contract. Follow it as written, or ask your coordinator for a plan that works better for you. Raise any special circumstances before you book.

Guest count

Children’s meals are half price once your guarantee is met, and teen rates are available on certain days.

Seating is due ten days before the wedding, and you can make changes until 8:30 pm the night before. If a guest cancels late, you aren’t charged for them as long as you meet your guaranteed number of adults.

Before you book

If yours isn’t here, call us.

Saturdays usually book about a year ahead. Fridays and Sundays often open up closer in, with more off-peak dates. Ask your coordinator which ones are open.

No, but face painters, balloon makers and magicians come through our Preferred Vendor Program.

Bring your own vendors or use ours.

An indoor ceremony plan is ready as soon as the forecast changes. In an emergency such as a blizzard or a hurricane, you can move the date.

Never. We often host more than one party at a time, but never two in the same room.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
