Your reception on the bay
The Encore seats up to 575 for dinner and the Paragon up to 260, with cocktail hour out on the Promenade first. Our own staff run the night, from the first hors d’oeuvre to the last dance.
Cocktail hour
Your guests step out onto the Promenade, with glass along the water, more than ten hors d’oeuvre stations, a chilled shellfish station and open bars. If the ceremony is here too, we turn the room for dinner while they’re outside.
Plated dinner
Dinner is plated, never a buffet, and every table has its own staff. Pasta is rolled that morning and the beef is Pat LaFrieda. You build the menu with the chef and taste it before anything is signed off.
Venetian hour
Late in the evening, a room of its own opens all at once, with more than a hundred desserts from the bakery downstairs. Your cake is made down there too, to your design.
Music and lights
Several rooms have color-adjustable LED lighting, and every room has Wi-Fi and screens. Extra audio and video equipment is available to rent. Bring your own band or DJ, or book one through our preferred vendors.
