The same family still runs every party here, from first birthdays to fiftieth anniversaries.

The date, the room and the menu set the price, so every party gets its own proposal.

A table in service, plated first courses and menu cards

One coordinator, start to finish

Your coordinator plans the party with you from the first call, then runs the night itself. A maître d’ and a captain work every event, and staff are assigned table by table. Every room has Wi-Fi and its own screens, and extra audio and video equipment is available to rent. Valet is complimentary for every guest.

A hospitality hour after church

Christening and communion guests often arrive straight from church, before the party is due to start. Book a hospitality hour and early guests get miniature sandwiches, cookies, pastries and fruit, with the bar open and coffee, espresso, cappuccino and tea. When the room opens, dinner is plated and served.

Made in our own kitchens

The steaks are Pat LaFrieda, aged and cut to our chef’s specs, and every cake comes out of our own bakery. Kosher catering is available, and so are Albanian, Polish, Greek and Caribbean dishes.

Rooms that fit the party

Every party gets a room to itself, and a coordinator matches the room to your list on the tour.

Rose Lounge

Up to 65 guests, with its own bar under a canopy of lights and a pull-down screen for the slideshow. Showers and christenings fit here.

The Paragon

90 to 260 guests under mirrored ceilings, in the whole room or a third of it. Families book it for communions, anniversary parties and sweet sixteens.

Encore Ballroom

Up to 575 guests under Venetian glass chandeliers, with a stage and a dance floor. A movable wall brings the room in when the list is smaller.

The Promenade

Glass the length of the water, with four bars. It opens onto the Encore and the Paragon, so cocktail hour is a few steps from dinner.
