In-House Events Refund Policy

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Instead, you can receive a credit. Credit can be used for any future in-house event hosted by Russo’s On The Bay. Credits do not expire.

Please contact us at (718) 843-5055 or email [email protected] to request your credit. You will need to provide the first and last name of the ticket purchaser. Note that credit will be issued to the customer whose name is on the original ticket order. Credits cannot be transferred to someone else or in someone else’s name.
